These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and d4444 ("d4444", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://d4444.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, "the Platform").

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.

d4444 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. If you suspect that a duplicate Account has been created in your name without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

As part of our KYC obligations, d4444 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposit. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available in your Account security settings.

• Regularly review your Account transaction history and report any unauthorised activity immediately.

d4444 will never contact you via email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password, OTP code, or full payment card details. If you receive any such communication purporting to be from d4444, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

In the event of unauthorised access to your Account, d4444 will investigate the matter and take appropriate action. However, d4444 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

All financial transactions on the d4444 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). d4444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other bank transfer options as made available on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. d4444 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by d4444 within 1–4 hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals may only be processed after KYC verification has been completed on your Account. Bonus funds are subject to their applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. d4444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal request.

All bets and wagers placed on the d4444 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are displayed within the Platform at the point of wagering. By confirming a bet or initiating a game, you agree to the specific rules applicable to that bet or game in addition to these general Terms.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted only while the market is open. d4444 reserves the right to void, suspend, or close any betting market at its discretion, including where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, data feed errors, or event cancellations. In the event that a sports event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, d4444's specific sport rules (available within the Platform) will govern how affected bets are settled.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the d4444 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Registering or using multiple Accounts on the Platform in order to circumvent Account limits, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, software, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or technical malfunction in the Platform software to gain an unfair financial advantage.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or distribute any Platform content without prior written permission from d4444.
• Use d4444's trade marks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from d4444.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on any element of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of d4444's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws. d4444 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in response to unauthorised use.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
